GCG Consulting Partners with M Culinary Concepts, Bleu, and PAX Technology Inc. for the 2019 Bentley Scottsdale Polo Championships

Scottsdale, Arizona, November 13, 2019 – GCG Consulting is excited to announce its partnership with M Culinary Concepts, Bleu, and PAX Technology Inc., a global payment device manufacturer committed to delivering superior payment solutions, in support of the 2019 Bentley Scottsdale Polo Championships in Arizona this year. The Bentley Scottsdale Polo Championships has grown to be one of the world's greatest polo parties and cultural events, bringing the best in polo, cars, and more ever since its inception in 2011!
From Dining Table to Payment Terminal: A Seamless Collaboration
With only a few days to prepare, GCG Consulting worked with PAX Technology Inc. and Bleu to implement a full POS solution with PAX’s E700 SmartPOS. The E700 redefines the modern-day tablet with its cutting-edge low-profile design and high performance. Its 4” customer-facing screen and vivid, landscape style 12.5” main touchscreen span a wide set of capabilities. With dual-facing screens for both the server and the guests, coupled with the latest PCI security, the E700’s beautifully robust, modern-day workstations brought to life America’s ideal payment experience for the Bentley Scottsdale Polo Championships: quick and secure.
GCG Consulting also implemented mobile application for M Culinary Concept’s delicious table service with PAX’s A920 terminal, an elegantly designed and compact secure electronic payment terminal powered by the Android operating system. The A920 comes with a large high definition tablet color display and a thermal printer that is neatly hidden to maximize screen usage for customer facing transactions.
